[Vehicles & Fleet](https://help.rentworksplus.com/kb/vehicles-fleet?hsLang=en) # How to Use Fleet Management ## Search fleet units, update vehicle status, open non-revenue tickets, initiate a checkout, and run inspections — all from one screen. ##### Navigate to Fleet Management **1.** From the sidebar, select **Counter**, then click **Fleet Management**. ![fleet-mgmt-01](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/How%20To%20Use%20Fleet%20Management/fleet-mgmt-01.webp?width=670&height=314&name=fleet-mgmt-01.webp) ##### Search the fleet **2.** The **Fleet Management** screen displays all fleet units with their current status, class, location, odometer, fuel level, and other details. Use the **Search the Fleet** bar to filter by unit number, plate, class, status, location, odometer, or fuel level. In the **Status Modify** dialog, select the new status from the dropdown. Select a damage type — **Scratch**, **Dent**, or **Missing** — then click on the vehicle diagram to mark any damage.
