[Counter Operations](https://help.rentworksplus.com/kb/counter-operations?hsLang=en) # How to Create a Reservation ## Steps to create a new vehicle reservation in RentWorks+. ##### Navigate to Reservations **1.** From the Dashboard, click **Start Reservation**, or select **Reservations** from the sidebar and click **New Reservation**. ![reservation-01](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/Create%20a%20Reservation/reservation-01.webp?width=670&height=374&name=reservation-01.webp) ![reservation-02](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/Create%20a%20Reservation/reservation-02.webp?width=670&height=281&name=reservation-02.webp) ##### Set pickup and return details **2.** On the new reservation form, confirm the **Product**, **Pickup Location**, and **Return Location**. Set the **Pickup Date**, **Pickup Time**, **Return Date**, and **Return Time**. Available vehicles matching that class appear below. In the **Rate Selection** section, choose a rate plan from the dropdown. If the rate requires an access code, enter it in the **Rate Plan Code** field.
