# How to Use Contract Inquiry

## Search for a rental agreement and print, email, or send it for eSignature.

##### Navigate to Contract Inquiry

**1.** From the sidebar, select **Counter**, then click **Contract Inquiry**.

##### Search for a rental agreement

**2.** On the **Contract Inquiry** screen, type an RA number, unit number, plate number, or renter name into the search bar. Results update automatically as you type.

**3.** Click on a result in the list to open the contract details. From the detail view you can **Print**, **Email**, or **Send for eSignature** the agreement.

##### Filter the results

**4.** Use the **Location** dropdown to narrow results to a specific pickup location, or select **All locations** to search across all locations.

**5.** Use the **Pickup date — from** and **Return date — to** date fields to filter by rental dates. Click the calendar icon to select dates using the date picker.

**6.** Use the **Status** tabs to filter by contract status — **All**, **Open**, **Pending**, or **Closed**. Each tab shows a count of matching results.
