Time is recorded by the Rentworks Plus. ##### Open the Time Clock **1.** Log in to RentWorks+. **2.** From the sidebar, select **Time Clock** under **Workforce**. ![time-clock-01](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/How%20to%20Use%20the%20Time%20Clock%20feature/time-clock-01.png?width=670&height=441&name=time-clock-01.png) ##### Time Clock overview **3.** The Time Clock opens on the **My Time** tab, where you clock in or clock out and see your own time. Users with the **Time Clock Administrator** privilege can also see the **Who's In**, **Timesheets**, **Payroll Report**, **Audit Trail**, **Pay Rates**, and **Settings** tabs. They may use these to see who is on the clock, review and correct everyone's time, run payroll, and manage pay rates and Time Clock settings. ![time-clock-02](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/How%20to%20Use%20the%20Time%20Clock%20feature/time-clock-02.png?width=670&height=452&name=time-clock-02.png) **Note:** Signing in to RentWorks+ does not clock you in. Time is recorded only when you press **Clock In**. **4.** The clock panel shows the current time in your company's Time Clock time zone (e.g. **EDT**), today's date, and whether you are clocked in. Every clock-in and clock-out is stamped with the server's time, not the time on your computer, tablet, or phone. Everyone in the company sees times in the same time zone. ![time-clock-03](https://help.rentworksplus.com/hs-fs/hubfs/KB%20Images/How%20to%20Use%20the%20Time%20Clock%20feature/time-clock-03.png?width=670&height=144&name=time-clock-03.png) **5.** Below the clock panel, the tiles show your hours **Today**, **This week**, **Overtime this week**, and the hours left **Until overtime**. Use **This week**, **Last week**, **This pay period**, or **Last pay period**, or pick dates. Click the history button on an entry to see every transaction on it. Depending on your privileges, you can also correct or void an entry, or click **Add missing time**. Click it to return to the Time Clock. Closing the browser or signing out does not clock you out.
